Shipping policy

1. Shipping Policy 

We ship via [USPS &  UPS] and provide tracking information once your order ships.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information through our website, at checkout.

• Once your package is with the shipping carrier, Delatreasures is not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages. All packages are insured up to $100 and can be claimed via carrier claim directly on the carriers website. 

• If purchasing items during live streams, a $7 flat rate shipping fee will cover shipment for up to 12 items (not including cups). Cups will have their own shipping fee assessed at checkout through the website as they are larger items. If purchasing Premade or DIY items, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight of items. 

After 12 items, a new shipping fee will be assessed to ensure full coverage of all shipping costs. Orders may be shipped together when completed.

 

2. Processing time for Purchases 

Premade and DIY items purchased through delatreasures.com:

- Processing time is 3-5 business days

Items purchased during live streams: 

- Once your full order has been completed, shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Processing time depends on the size of your order and our current queue.           We’ll always keep you updated if delays arise. Also, please feel free to reach out should you have any questions regarding your order.
